Ensure Multiple Selection is turned off in Question Settings when mapping Multiple Choice questions to a Single Select field.
Note: As of currently, multiple-choice questions do not support the mapping of other fields. You will not be able to integrate a Typeform with the other field.
Work Smarter with Typeform Airtable Integration – Use Cases
Here are some time-saving ideas you can use with the Typeform Airtable Integration. Each Typeform is shown along with an example of how it could be used to collect responses.
1) Coordinate Lead Generation and Quote Requests
The conversational approach Typeform takes to data collection makes it perfect for collecting leads. Contact details can be collected, and details about the services they’re interested in can be obtained. There are examples of online quote forms you can download.
The information you’ve already gathered can be instantly uploaded to Airtable. Utilizing Airtable’s sorting and filtering options, you can quickly prioritize the hottest leads.
The following example filters all leads, which indicate they are ready to proceed, then sorts them by the deadline. By ranking them based on priority, we can avoid having to wade through large amounts of data. Using a Calendar view, we can easily view those deadlines alongside other pending tasks.
2) Manage Applications and Registrations
Have you thought about expanding your sports team? Do you want to make registering for your summer camp easier? Are you having trouble filling up the slots at your avant-garde poetry festival? Use a dazzling Typeform to impress your audience, and you’ll see them slamming doors with a metaphorical digital hammer.
The following is an example of a membership registration Typeform for your Space Club that would be sure to bring in lots of budding astronauts.
Are you looking for a quick way to determine how many binoculars you need to order? Using Airtable, you can easily see which things you have and which ones you don’t:
3) Hold Contests and Quizzes
Engaging your audience through social media giveaways is a sure way to keep them interested. With Typeform Airtable Integration, you can create a captivating entry quiz regardless of whether you’re offering a discount on your next purchase or luring someone with a round-the-world cruise.
Here is an example of Facebook-friendly contests. This one is offering the winner a trip to Germany. The answers are sent straight to Airtable Base in real-time so that you can see everyone’s responses in one place. This is especially easy to see in the Gallery view since you see separate cards for each entry, making it easier to choose the best answer.
How about using multiple tables in the same database and sending each form’s responses to a different one if you run regular promos like this?
4) Conduct a Market Analysis
Typeform is an excellent tool for market research. Using a conversation-style approach, you can quickly and easily obtain detailed information from people. Additionally, it’s much more polite than shoving the clipboard in someone’s face in the middle of the street.
Consider the case where you wanted to validate a new product line through an in-depth survey. As a result, you can use Airtable to analyze the results and segment the demographics of the respondents based on grouping and filtering. Therefore, you will be able to spot patterns that might indicate opportunities or risks more efficiently.
5) Get Feedback from Customers
Isn’t it true that customers are always right? This is why it’s crucial to listen to the customer. However, it is also vital for you to know how to listen, lest you end up with an overwhelming wall of sound.
Using a Typeform, you can group questions to create a coherent dialogue between you and your customers. In addition, it blends rating scales and open questions so you can make qualitative and quantitative assessments.
With Airtable, you can take advantage of this valuable feedback in all sorts of ways. You can, for instance, group feedback from specific customer segments. By doing this, you can identify what works for who and identify the needs of different audiences.
6) Organize Events
After watching the movie Fyre on Netflix, every event planner has night terrors about organizing their next event. To ensure your festival does not end up like Billy McFarland’s doomed festival, you can rely on Typeform and Airtable.
By integrating Airtable, you’ll have an instant view of who’s coming, who you need to contact again, and who you need to keep away from the Waldorf salad.
7) Gather Feedback from Attendees
It’s more sensible to send event attendees a feedback form after the event than to ask them to write on a questionnaire and place it in a box as they leave.
In addition to ratings, there are open-ended questions to give you a better understanding of what went well and what didn’t so that you can plan for the next gathering more effectively. You can use Airtable’s Sort feature here to categorize your advocates from your adversaries.
The festival’s fans can instantly be seen so that we can get in touch with them for testimonials. Furthermore, you could follow up with the attendees who rated the event low to find out how to make it better next time.
8) Handle Job Applications
To impress top talent, you need to make your job application form as smooth as butter. As the professional face of your recruitment, you can use a Typeform and then automatically send the candidates to an Airtable base. As a result, talent management software can be omitted, and you won’t have to deal with stacks of resumes. A filter can be applied to a view in Airtable to exclude specific candidates from the list.
9) Gather Feedback on Products
Bill Gates once said, “You can learn the most from your most unhappy customers.” Take the time to find out what is making people mad about your product, and you too can become a multimillionaire.
Customers and users can rate different aspects of your product or service using this product feedback survey. You will get an accurate and truthful account of what people genuinely think with this conversational approach.
You can slice and dice the dirt as you please once your users have dumped it. By grouping the feedback based on positivity, we can see what the fans adored, and the detractors hated.
10) Keep Track of Expenses
Everyone involved in managing expenses dislikes it. While there are some handy app solutions to choose from at the moment, if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on yet another software subscription, Typeform and Airtable will do the trick just fine.
If you have staff members who incur expenses, just share a reimbursement form with them and request that they fill it out whenever they incur one. With the file upload feature, users can upload photos of receipts (along with details of expenses) and then submit them.
