- A Microsoft Azure account with credentials/license to create Service Bus entities.
- A service bus namespace (SAS configured).
- A service bus messaging entity including queue, topic, relay, or event hub (SAS configured).
- The messaging entity with a must-have “Send policy” permission at minimum. And, for a bi-directional relay, “Listen permission” for the policy is required.
- The authorization connection string of the messaging entity.
Now let’s start with the integration process…
Step 1: Log into your Dynamics 365, and run the Plug-in Registration Tool.
Step 2: Select “Register,” then click on “Register New Service Endpoint”
Step 3: Now check on the radio button that says “Let’s Start with the connection string from the Azure Service Bus Portal” and paste the “Primary connection string” copied from the SAS Policy’s permission key list
Step 4: Click on “Next” to continue
Step 5: Next, you will be redirected to the “Service Endpoint Registration” form. Fill the complete form to continue.
Step 6: Click on “Save” to continue.
Step 7: Now, after a few seconds, you will see the new service endpoint in the “Registration Plug-ins & Custom Workflow Activities list.”
