Steps to Set up the Hotjar Shopify Integration

Step 6: Just before the closing </head> tag, paste your Hotjar tracking code. Each website you add to your Hotjar account will have its own Tracking Code that you will need to install. Go to Sites & Organizations and click the TRACKING CODE button next to the website you want to install your Tracking Code for.
