Why Create Dashboards?

Reporting dashboards provide the flexibility of selecting the KPIs/content that needs to be shown on the dashboards. Dashboards using HubSpot Sales Reporting Add-On can be set up in different ways depending on the requirements of the teams/departments.

Dashboard for Sales Team

As the name suggests, it is the dashboard set up for the sales department to see all valuable information that they need.

Dashboard as per Different Roles

In the case of a team, different roles & responsibilities are assigned to different individuals within the team. Each of them would want to see information (on the dashboard) as per their relevant need. For example, a person responsible for SEO & a person responsible for campaigns needs to see different parameters on their respective dashboards to keep track of their individual performance.

Dashboard for Managers

As one goes up in the hierarchy, the spectrum of data broadens, for example, stakeholders & managers need to see the bigger picture to make decisions. So, they might need their dashboards to be customized to see high-level information of each department. Hence, their dashboards are usually less cluttered but contain very meaningful information that can highly affect the businesses.

Therefore, there is a need for different types of dashboards with the flexibility of easy editing & at the same time providing interactive statistical modeling and graphs. HubSpot Sales Reporting Add-On provides all these features to help the users. Let’s move on to setting up the first dashboard through HubSpot Sales Reporting Add-On.
