Steps to Set Up Shopify NetSuite Integration

  • Here, search for the keyword “NetSuite” in the search bar and hit enter.

Step 2: Configuring App For Shopify NetSuite Integration

  • Again, go to Apps from the sidebar menu and select the “Robust NetSuite Integrator” app, as shown by the image below.

  • Now, click on the “Next” button. It will ask for NetSuite settings, as shown by the image below.

  • Log in to your NetSuite account here.
  • Now, go to the “Setup” option in the navigation bar, and from its subcategories select the “Integration” tab and click on the “Web Service Preferences” option, as shown by the image below.

  • It will open up the settings for Web Service Preferences. Here make sure to check only the “Use Conditional Defaults Update”, “Run Server Suitescript and Trigger Workflows“, and “Use Conditional Defaults On Add” options, as shown by the image below.

  • Copy the “Account ID” and paste it into the Account ID field of the Robust Integrator App in Shopify.
  • Now, go to the “Setup” option in the navigation bar and then navigate to IntegrationManage Integration > New, as shown by the image below

  • Here, enter the name of the Integration as “Shopify NetSuite Integration” in the “Name” field.
  • Check only the “User Credentials” and “Token-Based Authentication” options, as shown by the image below.

  • Now, Click on the “Save” button.
  • Copy the “Consumer Key” & “Consumer Secret” and paste them in the respective fields in the Robust NetSuite Integrator’s “Consumer Key” & “Consumer Secret” fields, as shown by the image below.

  • Now. navigate to SetupUser / Roles > Access Tokens > New, as shown by the image below

  • Here, Select the “Shopify NaeSuite Integration” in the  “Application Name” and select the “User” of your choice.
  • Select the “Role” as “mandatory permissions“.
  • Now, click on the “Save” button. 
  • Go to the dashboard and click on the “Manage Access Tokens” option.
  • Click on the “New My Access Token” button, as shown by the image below.

  • Enter the same name for integration that you gave in previous steps i.e., Shopify NetSuite Integration.
  • The “Token Name” will populate automatically.
  • Copy the “Token ID” and “Token Secret“, then paste those in the Robust NetSuite Integrator’s Token ID & Token Secret fields, as shown by the image below.

  • Now all the fields are filled for the Shopify NetSuite Integration in the Robust NetSuite Integrator app.
  • Click on the “Authenticate & Save” button.
  • Now enable the sync and choose the plan.
